We kindly request all attendees to register for the EPS-HEP 2025 conference to access any of the sessions. Remote participation will also be available, but only for registered participants who will receive a unique access key. A significantly reduced registration fee will apply for remote attendees.
Important information:
- Both registration and abstract submission are managed through the Indico webpage. Payment of fees will be processed after registration, and you will receive a dedicated email with payment instructions.
- On-site registration will not be available, so please make sure to register in advance.
- All talk and poster presenters are expected to attend the conference in person. Remote presentations will not be possible.

Registration Fees
- Regular Registration Fees (Access to all sessions, coffee breaks and the welcome cocktail):
- Reduced €550 (Plenary speakers/conveners and early bird until May 15th for regular participants)
- Standard €650 (After May 15th for regular participants)
- Registration Fees for students (Available to both undergraduate and graduate students):
- Reduced €350 (Early bird until May 15th)
- Standard €450 (after May 15th)
- Online Registration Fee: €150
- Accompanying Person: €50
(Covers access to all public events and the conference dinner) - Options:
- Conference Dinner: €70
(The capacity is limited. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.) - Lunch Box: €20 per day. We recommend for participants to consider this option in case they plan to follow both the late morning and early afternoon session.
- Childcare: €100 per child (between 4 and 15) for the whole conference. (Lunches are not included but can be booked separately.)

On-site payment will not be available, so please make sure to pay the registration fees and options in advance.
A limited amount of funding is available to support the participation of scientists who may require financial assistance, particularly those from developing countries. If you are interested in applying for this support, please contact the Local Organising Committee at eps-hep2025-info-l@in2p3.fr.

Payment Options
For participants from non-CNRS institutes, credit card is the only available payment method.
We kindly request members of CNRS institutes to also prioritize payment by credit card whenever possible.
Notes for All Participants about the Fee Payment Website:
- Please disregard the arrival and departure times; these will not be used in the registration process.
- If needed, we can provide an updated version of the detailed invoice issued at the end of the registration process. This version will not distinguish between conference registration fees and meals. To request this, please contact us at eps-hep2025-info-l@in2p3.fr.
- For accompanying persons, a separate payment of the fees will be required. Those fees will cover access to all public events and to the conference dinner.

- For Department/Unit, enter your laboratory name.
