It has come to our attention that participants have received emails from the Open Access Journal of Physics and Science inviting them to submit articles. Please be aware that EPS-HEP 2025 has no affiliation with this journal or any other third-party publication.

The only official conference proceedings will be published in Proceedings of Science (PoS). All contributors will receive detailed submission instructions after the conference.

We strongly advise participants to exercise caution when responding to unsolicited publishing invitations and to verify any claim of affiliation with the conference via our official channels.

We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2025 EPS High Energy and Particle Physics Prizes, awarded by the European Physical Society’s High Energy and Particle Physics Division.

• High Energy and Particle Physics Prize: Awarded to Jürg Gasser, Heinrich Leutwyler, and Martin Lüscher for their groundbreaking contributions to theoretical methods advancing our understanding of strong interactions in the non-perturbative regime.

• Giuseppe and Vanna Cocconi Prize: Awarded to the Fermi-LAT and Fermi-GBM collaborations for revolutionizing gamma-ray astronomy and multimessenger astrophysics.

• Gribov Medal: Awarded to Lorenz Eberhardt for his groundbreaking work in modern string theory and three-dimensional gravity.

• Young Experimental Physicist Prizes: Awarded to Thea Klaeboe Aarrestad for innovative applications of machine learning in particle physics, and Laura Zani for outstanding contributions to Belle II and searches for physics beyond the Standard Model.

• Outreach Prize: Awarded to the Beamline for Schools Project for its inspiring global outreach and education program for high-school students.
